• Coaching and feedback outputs are designed to support agent development and training activities. They are intended as inputs to human-led coaching and management processes, not as standalone determinations of agent capability or employment suitability.
• Performance scores and proficiency assessments generated by the platform reflect simulation-based evaluations. They should be considered alongside other performance data and reviewed by qualified human supervisors before informing personnel decisions.
• Simulation content and scenario responses are generated algorithmically and may not reflect every real-world edge case, regulatory requirement, or organizational policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing simulation content for accuracy and fitness to their specific operational context.
• AI outputs may not be complete or error-free. SymTrain does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Customers and end users should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs as the basis for consequential employment, compliance, or operational decisions.

SymTrain reserves the right to update AI models, output logic, and coaching algorithms at any time to improve platform performance.
